Transition Aged Youth Services
AFS provides services and programs to help youth through the difficult and complicated process of emancipation. These services provide the emotional, practical and social skills and resources necessary to become independent young adults.
The Transition Housing Program is a structured program for former foster youth (ages 18-24) who have aged out of the foster care system in Marin County.
