Since 1978, Alternative Family Services has supported children and families across Northern California. This holiday season, you can help us bring a little extra joy to the young people we serve.
1. Choose an age group
Explore holiday wishes from little ones, kids, or teens.
2. Find a wish tag
Pull as many wish tags as you'd like until you find one you'd love to fulfill.
3. Grant the wish
Donate and let our team handle the shopping, or purchase and ship an eligible gift yourself.

Simply choose "Buy & ship it myself" on a wish tag. You'll be directed to a short form with shipping instructions and receive a confirmation email with the details.
- Everyone is welcome to participate. Give individually or join in with your business or community group.
- There's no limit to the joy you can share. Fulfill as many wishes as you'd like.
- Children's privacy comes first. Names on wish tags have been changed to protect their identities. Please leave gifts unpersonalized.
